ASEAN Plus Three SME Digital Supply Chain Forum + SME Innovation and Entrepreneurship Global Contest 2023ASEAN Plus Japan & The Republic of Korea Chapter

As one of the most mature mechanisms for regional cooperation, ASEAN Plus Three cooperation has made positive contributions to the prosperity and development in East Asia. To further deepen the “10+3” partnership and implement the initiatives outlined in the ASEAN Plus Three Cooperation Work Plan (2023-2027) regarding the promotion of sustainable development for SMEs and encouraging their participation in the digital economy, and promoting experience exchange and trade cooperation in the digital supply chain sector among “10+3” SMEs. The ASEAN Plus Three SME Digital Supply Chain Forum and SME Innovation & Entrepreneurship Global Contest 2023 ASEAN Plus Japan & The Republic of Korea Chapter, co-hosted by China Centre for Promotion of SME Development of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and China International Cooperation Association of SMEs, is scheduled to be held on October 13, 2023 in Beijing Landmark Towers, with hybrid participation.

The Forum and the competition will invite leaders from Beijing Municipal Government, members of ASEAN plus China, Japan and the ROK SME Service Alliance as well as representatives of SME competent authorities, industry organizations, noted academic and research institutions, financial institutions, industrial parks, and SME representatives and startups from ASEAN countries, China, Japan and South Korea to participate. It aims to facilitate practical exchanges by discussing relevant industry policies, releasing the latest industry updates and cooperative information. A business cooperation matchmaking event will also be held during the Forum, with the aim to enhance the core competitiveness and risk resilience of “10+3” SMEs, promote economic connectivity in the “10+3” region and achieve mutual benefits and win-win outcomes.
